Challenge:
The Trust aimed to enhance radiology services by deploying the iRefer Clinical Decision Support (CDS) module across primary and secondary care. The goal was to streamline workflows and improve the quality of patient referrals.

Solution:
As Senior Digital Project Manager, I led the end-to-end delivery of the iRefer CDS module. This included coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring the project met NHS England standards. I worked closely with clinical teams to integrate the solution into existing workflows, ensuring its usability and effectiveness.

Outcome:
The iRefer CDS module was successfully delivered on time and within scope, aligning with the Trust’s digital strategy. The implementation reduced the number of rejected and amended referrals or requests for further information, resulting in more efficient patient care. Additionally, the initiative improved diagnostic accuracy, streamlined radiology workflows, and enhanced clinical decision-making across care settings.

Challenge:
DWP sought to improve efficiency in health assessment centers by implementing a digital dictation solution and addressing network dependencies.

Solution:
As Senior Delivery Manager, I led the delivery of the digital dictation strategy using BigHand, coordinated with technical teams to resolve network dependencies, and ensured seamless integration with existing systems.

Outcome:
The new digital dictation system improved operational efficiency, reduced delays in health assessments, and demonstrated my expertise in managing complex IT projects under tight deadlines.

Challenge:
The Trust required support in implementing the RiO EPR system to enhance patient record management and streamline clinical workflows.

Solution:
I managed the configuration, data mapping, onboarding, and staff training, ensuring a smooth rollout. I also established a command center and enabled smartcard access to enhance usability.

Outcome:
The RiO system was successfully implemented, resulting in improved data accuracy, better patient care coordination, and reduced administrative burden for clinical staff.

Challenge:
The CCG aimed to modernize IT infrastructure across 45 GP practices, including network migrations, hardware upgrades, and digital service deployments.

Solution:
I managed multiple concurrent projects, including migrating practices to the HSCN network, deploying Docman10 to the cloud, upgrading hardware, and implementing e-consultation solutions.

Outcome:
The projects were successfully delivered, improving IT performance, enhancing patient services, and supporting the NHS paperless initiative.

Challenge:
The CCG needed to transition document management systems for 49 GP practices to the cloud while maintaining tight budget control.

Solution:
I managed the migration of Docman10, ensuring minimal downtime and providing robust training and support for practice staff.

Outcome:
The migration was delivered under budget and improved document accessibility and security, supporting the NHS digital transformation goals.

The Trust’s existing Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system required modernization to introduce new modules and optimize performance.

Solution:
I created a compelling business case to secure board approval for the upgrade. Once approved, I managed the deployment process, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows and engaging stakeholders at every stage.

Outcome:
The upgraded EPR system was successfully implemented, delivering enhanced functionality and paving the way for future digital transformation projects within the Trust.

Challenge:
The ICB needed a comprehensive business case to digitalize the entire Continuing Healthcare (CHC) pathway, ensuring alignment with NHS England’s national specifications.

Solution:
I worked closely with clinicians to map the CHC pathway, identify key areas for digital transformation, and create a business case with detailed project documentation.

Outcome:
The business case was finalized and approved, laying the foundation for a fully digital CHC pathway that improves care coordination and enhances patient outcomes.

Challenge:
The Trust needed to integrate Cerner HIE within its Patient Administration System (PAS) to facilitate seamless data sharing across systems.

Solution:
I led the HIE integration project, working closely with technical teams to ensure compatibility and stakeholder alignment throughout the process.

Outcome:
The integration enabled real-time data sharing, improving clinical efficiency and supporting the hospital’s vision for integrated care delivery.

Challenge:
Global automotive clients required tailored financial and operational reporting solutions to drive actionable insights.

Solution:
I delivered solutions for major clients, including Mercedes, Fiat, and Ford, using Agile methodology. I created detailed project plans, managed resources, and ensured compliance with ISO quality standards.

Outcome:
Projects were completed successfully, exceeding client expectations and delivering measurable improvements in reporting efficiency and decision-making.
